QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
Our company, Tüprag Metal Madencilik , is seeking an experienced Mine Planning Chief to manage our mine planning processes. This position is responsible for the strategic planning and coordination to ensure the efficient and safe operation of our Kışladağ mining sites.
Responsibilities:
– Develop and implement long-term plans for mining sites
– Conduct resource and reserve modeling to optimize mining activities
-Responsible for Planning , Drill and Blasting Operations
– Prepare short, medium, and long-term plans to achieve production targets
– Develop plans in compliance with health and safety standards
– Plan methods to minimize environmental impacts
– Collaborate with technical teams to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
– Determine equipment and personnel requirements for mining sites
– Propose continuous improvement initiatives to enhance current operations’ efficiency
– Prepare and present mining engineering and geology reports to senior management
Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree in Mining Engineering or a related field
– Minimum of 10 years of experience in mine planning and management
-Minimum 5 years of experience in Long Term Planning
– Advanced knowledge of mine modeling software (e.g., Surpac, MineSight)
– Project management and leadership skills
– Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities
– Team-oriented with excellent communication skills
Preferred Candidate
Years of Experience: 8 – 15 years of experience
Level of Education: Bachelor’s(Graduate), Master’s(Student), Master’s(Graduate), Doctorate(Student), Doctorate(Graduate)
Languages: English(Reading : Advanced, Writing : Advanced, Speaking : Advanced)
